If your boss hasn’t set up a review in 3-6 months, don’t just sit there like office furniture 😉 Set it up yourself. A simple “Hey, how am I doing? Anything I should work on?” goes a long way.
No fancy 360-feedback system? Make your own. Send a quick, anonymous survey: “What’s working? What’s not?“ People will tell you—if you ask.
Sitting back and waiting for feedback is probably like staring at a microwave, hoping the popcorn will pop itself 😉
