For entry-level roles, they’re speed-running through 10-20 candidates, nodding through similar answers, and by the end, everyone blends into one polite blur.
No easy answers here, but what’s worked for me – both as an applicant and a hiring manager – is being clear on your superpower. What’s that one thing that makes you stand out? Maybe you crack impossible problems, bring ideas that spark, or explain things so simply even their grandma would get it.
